If you choose to go to this office, be prepared to wait....a LONG time. I went on a Saturday and waited 2 hours. They don't take appointments. When I finally met the optometrist, I did like her. She indicated that my type of contact lenses need some fine tuning. She fitted me with an initial pair that would last one month, ordered a more suitable pair, and told me I'd be contacted for a refitting when the new contacts came in.\r \r Well....I watied two week and never got a call. I called exactly two weeks from my initial visit to see if the new contacts had come in (on a Saturday). The lady who answered the phone said they were short-handed and swamped, but someone would get the information and call me back. Never did. Called on Monday and was told the same thing and was not called back. Called again on Tuesday. This time whoever answered the phone could not even locate my records! Again she took my number, again I never got a call back!\r \r I am completely fed up with them and will get my optometric needs met elsewhere! While I liked the optometrist, the complete incompetence of the office staff is beyond unacceptable. They obviously do NOT have their act together! \r \r While their prices are reasonable and the selection of contacts is supposed to be good (not that I would know since the ones I needed weren't in stock and obtaining a suitable pair seems beyond their capability), the experience was overwhelmingly negative and I won't be back.\r more
