Ordered from Amazon an item which was thru this 3rd party seller. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service, they called & left voicemail regarding delayed delivery date, I called back right away & identified myself & was IMMEDIATELY hung up on. Called back several more times & finally spoke with a male who was extremely rude & disrespectful. This review is solely for the 3rd party seller, NOT Amazon or merchandise company. Joseph Mwanthi is the name associated with Home and Garden Solutions. I understand delays but NOT disrespectful customer service. Too many other choices to be treated this way...NEVER AGAIN!
