This business should be avoided at all costs! They have no customer service skills and their mechanical skills are extremely limited. Their idea of repair or maintenance work is to replace everything that they can disassemble.
A favorite trick is to get you to bring your machine (lawnmower, chainsaw leaf blower, etc.) in for an examination and diagnosis and then hold it hostage until you agree to have them repair it or pay for the diagnosis.
Don't sign anything!!!
