If you want wedding dress shopping to be the best part of wedding planning, I suggest you say away from Bridals by Roma! I still went to Roma after one of my best friends told me how horrible their customer service is. My friend was right, they are extremely rude and pushy, from the saleswomen to the manager. I tried on dresses, found a dress I liked but wasn't ready to purchase, as I wanted to bring my mom back to see before I made a decision. Well, the saleswoman Maria and manager Joanne were pressuring me to leave a deposit, which i clearly was not ready to do. After while of going back and forth, i decided not to leave a deposit because i was not ready and at this point I wasn't enjoying myself because of their attitude and pushiness. When i told the salewoman Maria that I did not want to leave a deposit, she stormed out of the dressing room without a word, met Joanne in the hallway, whispered something to her and they kept walking in front of us, never saying goodbye, a thank you for coming, hope to see you again..... AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
