I'd like to second what others have said. My girlfriend just switched from Dr. Parker, and after a hassle getting her records and X-rays, 1) his staff gave her the wrong x-rays, requiring her to have new x-rays taken at the new place; 2) it turned out there were no cavities at all.
I used to be a patient of Dr. Parker's, and while I found him personally pleasant enough, I was always put off by the constant pushing of teeth-whitening services. There are signs up all over the place, hygienists asked me if I ever considered having my teeth whitened, and along with the toothbrush and floss he gave out there'd always be a brochure for teeth-whitening services. It always seemed like a warning sign, and the more negative experiences I hear about, the clearer it becomes that it was.
