We stopped into the York Furniture just to get an idea what couches they have. A salesman approached us, and was very pleasant and NOT pushy. After looking around awhile, we were pretty impressed with the price for the quality. He approached us a couple of times to see if we needed anything or had questions, but other than that he didn't bother us. Once we decided we will be making a purchase, He was very helpful discussing the item details, the warranty information, and the financing. They only had the one color in stock as a sofa bed, and we didn't want to wait 8-10 weeks to order without the bed, so we decided to purchase what they had which was the color we wanted anyway. The salesman made the transaction smooth & quick, and a short while later the purchase was complete. The couch was delivered as scheduled a week later, but they had called beforehand to say the loveseat would be delayed a few days.York delivered the loveseat as scheduled as well.
