I had 5 attempts to serve this defendant with no prevail ! I had a ""Order to Appear"" and a ""Wage Garnishment"" to his employer i deceived to once again contact the LA County Sheriff to serve this debtor and was surprise that now the Sheriffs mail the order rather then serve personally !! I asked the sheriff at the counter what are my options and she said because of your orders that only they ( sheriffs) or a process server can serve those orders, then she said that they refer Skip n Serve Yes what a great name!! Called them up and within 3 days both the defendant and the employer was served!!!!! And YES correctly!
