We took our van to them so they could fix the transmission, the first time it seemed to have been repaired ok, but it conveniently broke again right after their warranty expired. We went ahead and gave it to them to fix again, but this time when we got our van back,
The transmission doesn't shift right most of the time,
It pounds the car like if youve been rear ended when it stops,
When we go to take-off it sometimes slips and then harshly slams into gear before going.
Some how they messed up our radio. (seems impossible since it doesn't have a thing to do with the tranny but another national shop we got it tested at said it can be if they did't properly reset components)
chipped our window in an attemt to lower it because the motor was bad.
And the van is making all types of rough noises like they left a few components loose.
We went to get our money back but they refuse, they said they would fix it through warranty but I don't trust to give them the van again. god knows what else they will screw up!!!
Please re-post or pass along so I can get more people to join me in resolving this matter in court and get my wifes van fixed by a shop thats worth it!!!
