Under new management (as of October 2011). This place is now on the right track to match its location in terms of becoming an icon of a restaurant. The new manager, Richie, is focused on fining tuning the Sunbird into a true, fine dining experience. He has already taken care of any cleanliness issues that you may have read about, and, is now taking on the challenge to upgrade the wine experience so that it can truly complement the excellent food. The soups that Eric produces are great. Rudy is a fantastic chef. The beef filets will go head to head with any steakhouse around. Our waitress, Stacy, knew her stuff.
