I've been renting since 1998 and I can tell you that The Preserve at Ballantyne Commons is the worst place I've ever lived. The two women in management are unethical, dishonest and uneducated, the buildings are old, run-down and overpriced and crime is a big problem which is suprising being that it's located in Ballantyne.
