I don't even know where to start! I went 45 minutes out of my way to get some gutter samples so I could find one that matched my trim. I found the perfect color called almond, which I told them to order. When the gutters were completed, I noticed the wrong color had been put on! Not Almond but Cameo. When I told them this, they gave me every excuse as to why I was wrong. They said things like: ""It came from a different dye-lot"" . Another excuse ""We order from a 'different' company than we showed you"" (Very unprofessional!) So why did they have me drive 45 minutes to get samples from a company they don't even order from-and who's colors don't match up perfectly? They even went as far as to get a box with the color name I ordered with a random elbow piece in it saying that was the color I ordered , which proved nothing and was laughable b/c any color could be put in that box. Plus after they were done I noticed that one of the elbows didn't match the rest of the house (Again very unprofessional) but... it just so happened the lone mismatched color matched the one I ordered perfectly! Even with this proof that they had the color available, but not on my house they still made excuses and said they would only replace that one piece with the color I didn't want! Finally and only after my husband talked to them, did they agree the color was different enough that they would pull the gutters off and put new correct gutters on next week. I was happy they were standing behind their work , and even planned to make a good review. But..... I received a call a few hours later that they had already torn the gutters off .... and that they would not be putting new gutters on! So now I am even worse off because I now have NO GUTTERS. How could a place of business ever conduct themselves like that, treat clients so horribly and be so dishonest. As they well know every other gutter company is out 2-4 weeks. My house has foundation issues and needs to have gutters. I am so disgusted and disappointed that this was handled so poorly. They made a mistake. Misrepresented their stock. Would not stand behind their work. Tried to blame me and denied it was wrong. Lied about fixing the problem and finished by ripping off the gutters .
