Doctor was very professional as was their technical staff (Chris). The billing department is a complete TRAIN WRECK and Helen is the Engineer!!. Incorrect coding (coded as medical and not vision), would not resubmit correctly when asked, had to get insurance involved, still did not code correctly the second time, they never submitted contacts exam to insurance company, going on 3 months now and we just got a bill for $40.00 and a collections notice!!! Blue Cross covers vision exams at 100 percent WTF!!! Calling the billing department AGAIN to tell them how to do their job...Angie is working to repair the situation but ITS NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!!
