They're starting to get desperate and use unprofessional, fast talking sales tactics. The guy taking my money sold me a wax for $29.99, then the counter wouldn't honor it!! I had to pay another $10, and my car of course was already in the wash. Be very very careful if you dare to go here, just get what's on your coupon, and don't let them upsell you anything. You won't get any deal at all!
