I own a 2008 BMW 550i, and finally got the windows tinted last week (October 2011). I love this car, and really wanted to have a quality job done on it, so I was pretty careful reading other people's reviews of local tinting shops in the eastside area. I finally settled on Jay's, and went in to meet them and see their shop before committing. They seemed to know what they're talking about, and the cars in their shop looked like they were being well cared for. They also had first-hand knowledge of the details/challenging aspects of my car even before they saw it, then walked me through how they would do the job. I waited a week before calling to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in the next morning at 7:00 AM. Told me it would take 4-5 hours, as they wanted to ""take our time since this is a high-end car."" I loved that they cared! I got a call at about 11:30 that they were done, so they were just about dead on with their time estimate. When I got there to pick up my car I was really pleased - they did a fantastic job! We own a second BMW (2011 535xi) that we will be bringing to Jay's Tinting next week for the same treatment. Highly recommended.
