I'm surprised to have to write this since all other reviews seem to be glowing.
D & G had our stereo/DVD player for over two months for repairs. At one point, they claimed it was repaired. Then parts needed to be ordered. Then it was the wrong part ordered, etc. We eventually gave up after 65 days and had them deliver it still not repaired.
If they had communicated with us along the way, I probably would have not written this review. Unfortunately, I always had to call to check on the repair. Rarely did I receive a call from D & G.
If you need your electronics repaired, please know that we had a terrible experience with D & G service department.
