I started training with Andrew about a year ago, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made. He helped me get into the best shape of my life, and as a result I look and feel great! In addition, I have a lot more energy to power through my daily routine at work. I wasn't really very knowledgeable about what to eat, so Andrew took me on one of his ""healthy shopping trips"" to Trader Joe's in Glenview. He showed me what to buy, and also how to read food labels and what to watch out for. I am now eating five small meals every day instead of three larger ones, and this has helped me avoid getting hunger pangs. If you aren't sure about getting a personal trainer, I'd recommend giving Andrew a try. In just a few sessions you'll start seeing the difference in your energy level and flexibility and if you stick with it, you will be amazed at the results in terms of your health and well being!
