The facility is very clean and nice because it is new, but the staff was very unfriendly and not helpful.
We had party ""hosts"" that did nothing but stand there. I ended up tipping them 20 because I have relied on tips to make a living before, but it was definitely not deserved. They did a little bit of set up and then just stood back and watched. There was no interaction between the hosts and the party. My guests got up to help me poor the refills for the kids, get pizza served, cut and serve cake and clean up the plates. I was really disappointed with the staff. They were not very friendly from the beginning and we felt more like a bother than a customer.
