The reviews are true the contractors do not have compassion for the homes of clients. When I first went into the showroom I was overwhelmed by all the products. I spoke to Zack and he was a bit pushy for me as I like to take my time to look around not have a sales person hounding me. So After speaking with him for half an hour I reluctantly gave him my address so he can come out and the eval done. A few days later i got my quote WOW it was ok but once the guys came out to install they were not friendly and considerate. I kept quiet so they wont do anything damaging but they did scratch the doors an walls. The cleaning up part wasnt so bad but it does get rather dusty. I wait a few days later I call to say thanks but that was a stretch cause i didnt like how it turned out.
