The Korean lady that operates this store is completely rude. I had Canadian passport photos taken here and they exceeded Canada's specifications. She refused to retake the photos and refused to issue me a refund. She wasn't even sorry, she just argued with me that the photos she took were fine. I ended up having them retaken in Los Angeles at a place more qualified. Also, comparing her photos with the others taken in LA, Photo World's were awful, not to mention $10 more than LA's. I looked completely white with no skin tone. I strongly recommend having photo work done ANYWHERE ELSE but here.
