I had this company come to my house to do what they called a tune up on my furnace what they actually did was take my furnace apart, show me that it was dirty try to charge me $683.00 to install a thermocouple and clean it. outrageous!!! Thats half the price of a new furnace. so instead they put it back together and did nothing but charged me for the service call. when i called to complain the service manger told me he would look into it and get back with me the following day but never did. this company is not to be trusted. it is a bait and switch scam.
