First, they postponed the appointment at the last second. That's forgivable, stuff happens. The real problem was pricing. We worked for a couple of weeks getting every detail in place concerning a furnace/AC installation. They gave us a good bid. Then, the morning of the install comes, and they announce the bid didn't include AC. The price was going to be higher. Needless to say, we didn't use them. That's just dishonest. They absolutely knew AC was what we were asking; we have the emails. Go find someone else who you can trust.
