The work was awful - they messed things up 2 times by connecting the wrong water sources. We had irrigation water going into our house & then our house water was being used for irrigation. It was totally clear from our enormous water bill! We had to bring in our own plumber finally & fix things - for $500. We asked them to pay, they denied they were the problem (although it was really clear they were) & sent us a check for $250. They just don't get customer service! We later found out they had not taken out a permit, which is required by the city of Sarasota. Can't understand how they stay in business. A horrible experience.
