If I could give this establishment 0 starts I would. I took my 32 inch LCD Sharp TV in to have an issue with the speakers looked at. I was charged $75.00 for a diagnostic fee and told I would be called if the repairs would go above that cost. 2 weeks passed and I received no call. I called and was told parts were on order and I would be called when the set was fixed. Another week passed and still no call from the shop. I did receive a call from a rep at Sharp telling me they could not get a part for my unit and they would exchange my set for a new one. I was asked if I wanted it sent to the house or the shop. Since I did not think I would be home when the set arrived I asked that it be shipped to the shop. Another week went by and still no call. I again called the shop and asked about the new TV. I was told they were checking it out and that it couldnt be released to me until the owner approved it. I informed them that it was only sent to them at my request and that I should be able to just pick it up. I was told that when the owner returned I would be called. Three days later I was still not called. I went to the shop to get my TV. When I arrived the wife of the owner told me I had a balance of $35.00. When I asked what for, I was told it was for the parts for the old TV. This made no sense since I was getting an exchange from Sharp and no parts were being given to me by the shop. Also I had never approved anything above the $75.00 diagnostic fee since the shop had NEVER called me. I refused to pay and left with my exchanged TV. Very poor customer service and deceitful business practices are what you can expect from this shop.
