This place is a joke, on their website they state that they charge between 10 to 20 bucks for a grille. When i called them they said we charge 25, Today i drove all the way there and they told me now the price is 35. When i asked them why are you lying to me? The fat, old lady at the desk, replies to me "" in 2 minutes you will not have a part at all""
She threatened me, the other lady was even worse. I had to go to work but i was planning to call the cops. I just bought the part In NEW Condition on line for 40 bucks.
These two ladies upfront even refused to give me the name of the business owner after i requested to talk to him. Very unprofessional. I am finding out who owns this place tomorrow, and am contacting the BBB for these Liars, who have no sense of costumer service.
