My husband and I were excited to try Kaze. We went for lunch and although the service was fine, the food was terrible. The sushi and sashimi are quite obviously of very low quality and the rolls were mushy. We ordered scallops from the hibachi hoping it would be better. . .the scallops were overcooked and the rice was bland. We had a very unsatisfying $50 lunch. Save your money and make the trip to Sushi O, Sono, or Sushi blues if your looking for sushi. For hibachi style, we recommend Kanki.
