My experience with Christie's Cakes was very negative. She is not professional and the experience from beginning to end was poor. We ordered a specific wedding cake with coordinating colors and flowers to match my daughter's wedding and DID NOT get what we paid for by any means. She created a lot of chaos on the wedding day, as she did not even bother to contact anyone in the bridal party, did not provide a cake box for the cake top which was subsequently damaged, the ribbon colors on the cake did not match the wedding colors and there were no flowers on the cake, so the florist had to add at the last minute and the cake itself was terrible, very heavy in texture and of poor quality and taste. In addition, she added chaos to the items that were to be returned with the customer to blame for Christie's lack of organization. I complained to the owner and asked for some sort of refund, as we did not get what we had ordered, and she just ignored my request with no regards for her customers satisfaction. This was a very negative experience and I would NEVER recommend Christie's Cakes for your special day:(
