Do not do business with PC Gecko. They will take your money and you'll never hear from them again. I took my Xbox 360 to them to be serviced and paid them $60 towards the end of May, 2011. Two weeks after that I had to drive there and demand my Xbox 360 back because they weren't doing anything. They initially told me it would be done in a day or two. Every time I talked to the owner Charles he had a different excuse as to why it wasn't done. He said they would refund my money when I picked it up which they never did. He then later told me he took the money and ordered parts for the Xbox 360 and would mail them to me as he had my address on file. As I stated previously this was at the end of May, 2011. Since then I have received nothing and they stopped taking my calls. On 7/15/2011 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. On 09/27/2011 the Better Business Bureau closed the case because they got no response from the business. As of 10/4/2011 they currently are rated a C- on the Better Business Bureau's website and will probably drop more. The owner of PC Gecko previously ran a company called Wise Guyz. They were given an F rating by the BBB.
