My brand new Lexus IS250 was ""injured"" and I was referred to Berli's to initiate the repair work. Before I could get my car to be repaired, I actually was involved in a SECOND accident. Steve, my customer service representative, didn't hesitate to accomodate BOTH repairs which were being ran through two seperate insurance claims. He was AWESOME through the process helpign to ensure rental car arrangements were locked in, insurance estimates were complete, claim $$$ was received from both insurance companies and kept me informed at every step of the way. When I finally got my car back, I was really impressed to see it was just as if I drove it off the lot again. Perfectly repaired...beautiful and whole again.
