This place is a joke...brought a new computer in for a ""blue screen problem"" after a week, and numerous calls to them nothing was done. when i called and the tech was not avaiable to talk i always asked to have a callback. it was NEVER done. I had to pry info from him of which there was little to none. Finally needing my computer for business , I decided to pick it up and bring it else where. The rude owner ,old huge guy up front ,(who NEVER ACKNOWLEDGES THE CUSTOMER when you come in,AND IS ALWAYS SHOVING FOOD DOWN HIS PIE HOLE AND PLAYING ON HIS COMPUTER) charged me QUOTE ""50 bucks for wasting our time"" um i think you wasted my time having it for a week and telling me NOTHING. By the way the people i finally brought it to had the problem diagnosed within 3 hours.(a fried mother board and video card) which were less than 2 months old (I wouldn't be suprised if these shysters replaced my new parts with. some old crap they had laying around.....DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THAT RUDE OWNER. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DIDN'T. more
