We rented a boat from them from the day. When their boat overheated we called them and they offered no assistance. When we returned the boat the said nothing looked wrong then turned it around and said that we ruined their boat and that they were going to sue us for all the repairs. The the owner told us to F off. Don't rent from South Beach Boat Rentals they are extremely disrespectful and will look for any excuse to blame you for damage on their boat then threaten a lawsuit! How's that for customer service!
