We used leisure Lawn for the first time this year and weren't sure what to expect at first. We went with the basic package of 6 treatments to see what happened. It didnt take long before I started receiving multiple phone calls at work and home to upgrade and receive additional treatments for other problems they thought we had.
We have been moderately satisfied with our results this year. We asked them to remove us from their calling list and am still receiving calls at work and home for additional treatments of other sorts. Including a call tonight to purchase a ""rock salt"" treatment that is easier on the grass.
Not to mention the sales calls have not ended on a friendly note by the representative each time. It has always been the same sales rep on my account. One time in particular he called on my wedding day and when I asked him again to please not call me and that it was my wedding day he hung up on me! Tonights comment was ""Sorry to have wasted your time"".
I will still give them a 2 because they did complete their 6 treatments as promised and paid for.
