I have never had great service at this location. They never keep enough supplies of anything in stock, even electronics. I went to buy a particular laptop and they had one left.(By the way, they do not even have displays of laptops so you know what you want to buy.) They had to get the key to unlock the case but they couldn't even get it open. Bad for them because they lost a customer that day-me. At least I won't be buying electronics from them. I had to go to a different location to get my laptop and it was much better, but I will review them later. My score, on kind and courteous service-2 stars. Convienience and customer service 1 star.
I DO NOT recommend this store for buying electronics.
