I had a problem with Progressive Insurance. Consulted the telephone book for a ""live"" agent and found Kevin Brown at Empire Insurance. I went in and met with a gentleman who was highly professional and immediately took care of my problem. I liked him so much that I will write another policy for homeowner insurance with him. No more dealing with incompetent people over the telephone who barely speak English and have no idea how to conduct business at all.
If you have questions about your coverage or premiums or benefits, I suggest you take them to Mr. Brown to help you understand.
