Fought with these guys for over a year, home deals fell through numerous times. Paid approximately $7,000 down on new home construction. Last deal fell through on 9/30/11 when lender I-Mortgage failed to submit paperwork on time. Now DeYoung is trying to keep my downpayment! Can you believe these guys? Lie to the customer and string us along for over a year, then keep all the money I paid in? For something that wasn't even my fault? RUN!!!!!! Run from DeYoung and RUN from I-Mortage!
