Doug has been my HERO from day one. I knew from the moment he picked up the phone and spoke to me that justice will prevail. He asked me the details of my accident right away and he was patient enough with me since I was dealing with memory issues. He encouraged me not to lose hope and scheduled to meet with him. From the beginning he has made me feel like a person not a just another client on his book, or a number. His entire staff has been so good. They were very helpful throughout the entire process and they never gave up on me no matter what; that shows how professional and dedicated they all are.""BRAVO"" to all of the staff. My case was handled well and faster than I expected. I give all the credit to Doug and his staff. I wish to share this experience with everyone I know and even will continue to share my story with people I don't know so they can have the same experience as mine; which will give them the best results sooner than later with less headaches.
