I would give this company no stars or F if possible. They have no intention of honoring contracts sold by dealers and the dealers are no better either. Bought a car from Kearny Mesa Lexus in San Diego and when we returned to get a small repair done, the dealer said Pro-Guard had gone out of business and we had no recourse. But from previous remarks, Pro-Guard doesn't honor their contracts anyway and our warranty has now expired. We will never ever buy another warranty, period!
