The Warrensville Center Rd. location lost 4 of the 5 items I dropped off. After giving the manager a month to look for my clothes they were able to locate 3 shirts but admitted they could not located the pants from my suit. I filled out the proper paperwork and was told I could expect compensation via a check in the mail after a few weeks.
I ended up playing phone tag with the manager of this store for months in which she always gave me excuses and new stories. She never returned my calls when she said she would, I always had to call back and sometimes even give a fake name to be able to get her on the phone. They also constantly tried to get me to take a store credit rather than getting the cash to repurchase my pants like I had been told repeatedly would be ""no big deal"".
After becoming a frustrated to no end, a work at the store was kind enough to put me in contact with the main office. I thought this would quickly resolve this issue and that was foolish on my part. I played phone tag for weeks with the people answering the phone there and was constantly told I ""hadn't talked to them previously and whoever I had talked to was not there that day"" even though I had wrote the name down and they answered with the same name when I called back.
After threatening legal action I was finally sent a check in the mail. I cashed the check and a few days later it bounced, removing the funds from my account and charging me an additional fee. I am currently still trying to get them to return my calls in order to write me a new check that will include the fees I incurred from my bank and that will hopefully not bounce this time.
I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone that I didn't absolutely hate and wish horrible things upon. There are many other cleaners in the area and I wish I had selected a different cleaner when I was in a rush to get my clothes cleaned for party.
