The owner manager is dishonest and stupid. They ruined a pair of wool slacks. I was a regular customer whose family probably spent $50 to $75 per month and they refused to do anything for a pair of slacks that they obviously ruined. The manager looked me straight in they eye and said they did nothing wrong. When I showed him the tag, he said it had been too long. When I asked him if they did the cleaning on site (they don't it is a storefront) and did he witness the work, he said yes. When I told him their weekend employee looked at it and said they ruined it and that her boss would do something, he said ""No she didn't it"". This is a really bad person!
