I used to go this place all the time, but recently it has gone down hill with all cool employees leaving and store manager killing the store with his childish temper. A few days ago I was trying trade-in some new released game I didn't liked. The manager offered $10 store credit for game that was released 2 about days ago for $60. I asked him why such low amount offered for brand new with all packaging only played for maybe for about 2 hours. I wasn't being a jerk about it, just asking general questions if the rate was store credit or cash and why so low? He didn't answered any of my questions and yelled at me ""IF YOU DON'T LIKE OUR FAIR TRADE-IN RATES, GET THE H*** OUT AND DON'T COMEBACK!!"". Which I did, I went to the GameStop further down North Oak on Englewood and traded in same game for $50 store credit. What really shocks me, how GameCo keeps a manager that scares off and threatens customers and keeps the store open.
