Bought 38 boxes of hardwood, bought extra because they advised and was told that could return it at anytime as long as boxes were unopened. Had 5 unopen boxes left and they didn't honor the return, they were full of excuses, rude after so many unreturned messages we left. Very unhappy with their business. Don't recommend them. Would rather have gone to Home Depot or a another big store with better customer service and return policy. Not worth it.
