Agree with tennisplayer331, unprofessional and rude. I had a service call that fixed an issue with my TV, besides said issue TV was fine. As a result of service TV has all new issues, undoubtedly caused by the service call. They refuse to guarantee their quality and work and will not correct their own mistake. After service technician left, I even found screws on the floor that were not put back in the case and a scratch on the glass top. Do not give them service.
