To say Hala`s ""Sucks"" , Is a matter of Oponion. If you dont like the Food , Service or Culture then I would suggest that you try KFC , Arbys, Wendys. I have been a customer of the Cafe` since Hala`s Father Opened the Place. As an American , I some times have had a hard time expressing what I was looking for or what I wanted to know about a certain product. I have never felt that the staff was being Rude . Miss communication . Yes . Hala`s will go out of the way to make any one happy. Dont let one bad visit keep you from enjoying the products that they offer. They really are Nice People who have a lot of Foods and Hooka items that you might just enjoy if you give them a second chance. Or try Karmas right up University Beach Blvd side on the right that is Awesome.
