I am glad so that many people like this place, however, I cannot ever return. I was very confused on how the setup was and had two young children with me. Luckily my five year old was able to tell me the gist of how it worked because NOT ONE person offered up any, even after realizing I had never been there. When I first walked in I was greeted by a set up boobs leaning over the counter, at this ""family restaurant."" I then sat at the table and waited not realizing that you do EVERYTHING for yourself. I didn't mind that but it would have been nice to have been greeted when you walked in and maybe asked if you have been there before so that they could tell you how the place works. I finally showed my frustration at the third counter I had to go to (when searching for my own plates and silverware). The man asked if I was new and when I said yes he proceeded to 'tsch' me three times, as if annoyed that I didn't understand the crazy concept of going to three counters and paying for drinks and food at two different counters. So instead of helping me he was just irritated with me. I later asked who the manager was and come to find out it was the man who was so rude to me just because I was new. I have never done a review before but have never felt so frustrated by a lack of customer service and unprofessionalism from a restaurant, especially a manager! Have a little sympathy for new customers, Barnaby's and Manager Paul!
