Spoke with JR (sales manager) by phone after test driving vehicle. Came to an agreement on price with JR, he said come in and we could finish the deal. We arrived at dealership, spent over 3 hours and then finally went to the finance office. The deal was completely different than what we agreed to by phone. Proceeded to walk out, JR said he could do the deal as agreed. Spent another 30 minutes because the deal had changed again. We told JR we were leaving and his quote was ""Fine, leave. I don't want to sell you a car anyway""
