I dropped my car off to be fixed for a small problem. I picked up the car and drove it home. When I pulled into the driveway, my car stalled and overheated. They had not put the bolts back on the radiator, which caused my car to lose all of the radiator fluid and overheat. I called thinking that they would tow it and repair it. They refused to look at it, saying that I should have checked before I left the shop and that it was not their problem.
I had been a long time customer, and am very disappointed with this.
