All in all, it seems as if Total Maintenance's workmanship is up to (or even above) par. Our only complaint was with our salesperson, Roland. Without going into too much detail, we would certainly avoid asking for Roland again, However, the owner, David, stepped in at the end of our experience to do a quality check to ensure our satisfaction. David was very nice, personable, and helpful. I would certainly request to speak with David if we ever had any service issues, etc. We will more than likely use Total Maintenance again. THANKS DAVID!
