I called Family because I had heard great things about them. When I called, I was told I would have to wait two weeks for someone to give me a quote. I decided to wait the two weeks and then was told the sales person would be out between 9 & 12 on Oct 7.
Strike one! Tell me their time is more important than mine.
On October 7th, I get a call at 11:30 telling me the sales rep will be 15 minutes late....12:15. At 12 :10 I get a call telling me it will be 12:30.
Rep shows at 12:50 and I sent him on his way. Maybe he can hit the 3 hour window for his next call.
Imagine, if you have to wait 3 hours for a quote, how long for service?
