We discovered that our Kenmore refrigerator was not working properly on a Thursday eve, with the freezer covered in ice and snow while the lower part was at room temperature.
We called Sears repair center, but they were not available for another 3 weeks, they said. So we left messages with several appliance repair companies in the area. Allen and Sons Appliance Service was the first to return our call the next morning. They were very willing to work with our time frame and made sure that we keep an appointment. The technician, Bob, was very knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to fix it within half an hour. A very pleasant experience overall.
