I visited the shop on Saturday Oct. 1 to do a repeat purchase of a Colt product. Only two employees were on duty and they were verbally exchanging expletives to each other about being the only employees working on this particular Saturday. First off, extremely unprofessional to hear these employees making the kinds of comments they were to each other about work conditions. Second, when it came my turn to inquire about a Colt LE6920 (from Colt Defense, not that Sporter crap that Colt is pushing) and whether or not I could look at one of their catalogs (as I did several months back during a previous purchase), all they could do was say they did not have any other catalogs. No further effort was put forth that may have ultimately generated a 1300 - 1500 hundred dollar sale! Amazing lack of concern for the client. I will ge going back to G.A.T. guns up in Dundee for my next purchase.
