On 10-19-11 I went into the office of this facility to obtain a ledger copy of my history for 6 months. I have been a regular paying customer here for over 2 years. The woman who claims she owned the place was very unproessional with her mouth full of food but she printed the ledger which was a very vauge print. Because of her broken english it was hard to understand that she was saying the printer was out of ink. I then asked if she could email the document and I think she said "I don't know how". The discussion turned into an arguement because she became upset that I wanted something with my payments on it from that business. I asked if there was a main office or an owner and she stated that she was the owner and she now wanted me to leave. Although I have not had a problem with the unit itself, I did notice that the rate I pay for a 10 X 20 has gone up 10 dollars to 110.00 a month. I also know that there are a few of these places around Northeast El Paso that are sinificantly less expensive and I will surely be moving my things post haste. I grew up in this neighborhood and over the years the Business attitudes of owners has changed dramatically (mainly the immigrants). The sheer ignorance of this person in a very simple and small matter is deplorable. I would hate to think what the attitude would be if there was a liabilty issue or an insurance issue with my property. She even made the statement that she had a waiting list, which I know not to be true, there are plenty of spaces with no locks. I know that I myself am sick of the negative customer service attitudes in this town by people who's only interest is what they can get from you. There will be another vacancy there in just a couple of weeks if you are interested...
